Terms of Service

The core terms for using InvoiceAI's invoice auditing workspace.

Last updated June 17, 2026

Use of the service

InvoiceAI is provided to help restaurants and food businesses upload, audit, analyze, and manage supplier invoice data.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that users invited to your workspace are authorized to access your business records.

Customer content

You retain ownership of invoices, documents, supplier records, profile information, and other content you upload or enter into InvoiceAI.

You grant InvoiceAI permission to host, process, analyze, transform, and display that content solely as needed to provide and improve the service.

AI outputs

AI-generated extraction, analytics, dispute drafts, and reports are provided as decision-support tools. You should review outputs before relying on them for accounting, legal, supplier, or business decisions.

InvoiceAI does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, or procurement advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, upload malicious files, infringe rights, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace.

We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, customers, or legal compliance.

Changes and availability

We may update features, pricing, limits, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or account notices.

We work to keep InvoiceAI reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party provider issues.
