Last updated June 17, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email address, organization name, role, and authentication metadata needed to operate your workspace.
When you upload invoices, delivery notes, receipts, PDFs, or images, we process the document contents to extract supplier names, line items, prices, totals, and audit results.
How we use information
We use your data to provide invoice auditing, supplier discrepancy detection, dashboard analytics, team access, and AI-generated business insights.
We may also use operational metadata to secure the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
AI processing
InvoiceAI may send document snippets, extracted text, or structured invoice data to AI providers solely to perform OCR, classification, discrepancy analysis, and report generation.
We minimize the information sent for AI processing and do not use customer invoice data to build public marketing datasets.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers required for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, AI processing, security, or legal compliance.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You may update account information, request deletion, export business records where supported, or contact us about privacy requests.
Some records may be retained where needed for security, financial, legal, or audit obligations.
